let me say this again: I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you read this CRL proposal. This is not an officer with a cloak and helmet. I just finished like my 7th round of edits on this. There is one maker who is sort of kind of on the right path, and there is another maker that is kind of trying to get us to "HURRY UP AND FINISH" so he can sell his stuff, alhough his appears to be inaccurate. This will not be a costume that will be an easy knock it out kit.
