Hello. I'm building an AT-AT driver and a Jango Fett costume. I've been a member of the 501st since 2003? Anyway. For some reason, I have very limited access to the forum so I can't message anyone. Is there anyone who has done an AT-AT driver costume that might be able to give me some specific advice?

The reason I quit trooping 15 years ago was because I was tackled in costume by another 501st member. He thought it was funny but it injured my back. About a year later, I was able to stand up straight with effort but it caused permanent damage.

i have and sold a ATAT , it was a Dan Laws, with a lot of upgraded parts.

now there are two colors, the correct light grey and the screen appearance white. Getting tackled is out of line for sure, but i remember years ago reeading about poeple getting tackled in their gear.

I never knew that the white was approvable. Good to know.

mine and Caesars were white , the grey came along after we were both approved.
