Imperial Food hubs

Post by DekuLeader »

I have moved to Louisiana! Did not contact many people about it, as it was quite a drive from Wyoming to here and I needed to be sure I was not followed by rebels. Anyway, now that I'm here, I'm curious... What are the best places to eat around here? I live near Denham Springs, but frequent Ponchatoula.

Hey Chris,

First off, Welcome!

As for places to eat, Ponchatoula has a decent Mexican place called Mi Patio that I've frequented. Also has a country buffet type place called Paw Paws Country Buffet. Haven't tried it yet but heard it's pretty good. Only open from 11 to 2 each day though.

There are several restaurants over near the Bass Pro shop, including Cafe Phoenecia, which is a pretty good place if you like Mediterranean food.
