Happy Mardi Gras!! Missing y'all so much. Pictures of Caesar parade looked good on NOLA.com. Yay!
Homecoming dates were announced for Nov 3-5, so I'll be coming down at the end of October and early November. Sean might be coming with me as well. I won't know my exact dates till I book the flights. Thought I'd mention it early, in case there's any gatherings that y'all do around that time of year.
Looking forward to getting to see whoever is able to come to Celebration. Meet-up at the pool party? (It's my birthday!) The Bash is usually super loud, so it's hard to visit then. Of COURSE, y'all are welcome to join us at Jock Lindsay's Hangar bar (Disney Springs) at 4pm on Wed April 12th.
Super Big Hugs and Happy Mardi Gras! Good luck at Tucks on Saturday!

Re: Coming back home Oct/Nov 2017 + Celebration
Hi BAG!
So happy to share Sean and I have our flights all set. We're flying in mid-morning on Sat. Oct. 28th. Pending your sign-up process and availability, we'd like to participate with you at Boo-at-the-Zoo. We're more than happy to meet up with folks before or after the troop.
While Fri/Sat night on Nov 3/4 is taken up with homecoming stuffs, we can set aside an evening(s) for hanging with y'all. When it's convenient, let us know if there's a day/time that works well. Speaking of family, Mom and Dad are up here watching Rogue One with us. (Celebrating my graduation yesterday.) Star Wars! Happy 40th anniversary!
hugs, -Krista

Re: Looking for Paul M., Plus Krista/Sean NEG thread
Hey y'all,
It seems I don't know how to work the PM feature to reach Paul Marchiafava. [*EDIT: I found an email, and will try that] If I remember correctly, his wife has a doctoral degree in opera/theatre. I'm looking to find an opera coach to put the finishing touches on a few audition pieces. I was wondering is she might know of a coach that is open to one or two coachings while I'm in town next week. I'll travel to them, of course. Planned Repertoire: "Connais Tu" and "Una Voce Poco Fa." Other pieces as time allows, but those are the main ones for this particular audition. kernewein (at) Gmail.
On other news: Sean and I are looking forward to trooping with y'all and saying, "howdy!"
All best,
-Krista
