Some very cool ideas here. We will definitely have to look into some of these.

I would be down for a jersey. I like the twill lettering - it will make that part of the jersey very durable and last longer. The question is getting a large patch with our current logo- the shape would be a bit of a challenge. Scaling it up would be easy, but the cost of the odd shape might be.

Ash, in the worst case we could modify our logo to go on a standard, round, 11 inch patch. I can't see any other way that would do the jersey justice. I don't know where we got patches from in the past but if someone could look into the options of the custom shaped patch or a round alternate with our logo we could get an idea of price.

There's an 11" patch run on pathfinder.i can ask about the vendor. Crap, now I want a pathfinder jersey.

I would love an 11" BAG patch. Round or in the state shape.

Absolutely. An 11 inch patch is key to both. As our merch officer, can you find out what vendor has our patch design and if a large patch run is possible?
